1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return if:
. The product received is damaged during transit.

. The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items

· Products returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals or invoices.
· Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, electrical faults or unauthorized repairs.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
3. Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
· Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
· Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase.
· Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
5. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, Merown Electric may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:
· Manufacturing defects.
· Transit damage.
· Incorrect products supplied.
Replacement approval is subject to product inspection and stock availability.
6. Return Shipping
· If the return is due to our error, defective products, or incorrect delivery, return shipping costs will be borne by Merown Electric.
. For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Order Cancellation
. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the return process will apply instead.
